I assume you think when he killed the guy in the kitchen. Watch the video again and just listen. You hear that this guy pulled off a nade. Thats why he knew that there must be someone.
When he shot almost his whole mag in the door upstairs this wasn't cheat as well. Was there anybody? No. So why did he shoot? Because he was already injured and reinforcements arrived shortly before. So he assumed they spawned upstairs and thought before they kill me (with probably 1 shot) I try to hit them when they lean out of the door. No cheat here as well.
If you just play with your eyes but not with your ears you should consider doing more training
