Need help because of bann

Yesterday when Lohstam banned me two times in row I can't write on: www.houseofpain.tk/
I can log in, I can see what players write on server but I cant write any comment in chat's panel from the site to server.
Maybe someone must manually delete those two banns srom server or something else, I don't know?
Anyone kcan help me?
