I think that a smart admin don't use password like a kid, a nice admin talk before ban someone or, almost, kick.
I made a mistake during game and I stolen an arrest because I thought that who was arresting was the same that teamkilled me when I was going to arrest.
Please, tell me who I must pay to stop ban me, I'm bored to get crazy because of that kind of administrator.
